Questions covered build status of neighborhoods in Egremont and Monterey, status of the MBI grant award, MBI’s requirement for a minimum 51% subscriber rate before releasing grant funds, the Make Ready process and how it affects Fiber Connect’s build schedule, Fiber Connect’s installation polices and pricing, the availability of Fiber Connect subsidies, the possibility for low-income assistance once the MBI subsidy build starts, Wi-Fi speeds and what affects them, why no dormancy rates are offered, Fiber Connect’s telephone services, how Fiber Connect’s ONT (modem) can function during a power outage and how it can be used with another modem, how Fiber Connect backs up its head ends plus other topics.
