Fiber Connect’s IT Division offers the following services to subscribers and nonsubscribers:

  • Residential and commercial WiFi mesh installation

  • Residential and commercial WiFi analysis and troubleshooting

  • Installation and setup of devices*

  • Troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of desktops and laptops. Troubleshoot software and hardware related issues*

  • Troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of device issues for cell phones, tablets, printers, TVs, smart applicances, game consoles etc**

  • Streaming service setup

  • Virus/malware investigation, diagnosis and removal***

  • Consultation on various topics including but not limited to cloud services/data backup, applications, recommendations for new devices and more

*Some smart appliances such as HVAC equipment, and alarm systems cannot be installed by Fiber Connect.

**Since Fiber Connect does not directly support third-party devices, we cannot guarantee we will be able to fix the issue.

***We are not a licensed security firm. We cannot guarantee we can resolve the issue without permanent loss of user data if it was not properly backed up.

Pricing
